Porch + Lookout Extension

a new Porch space allows a South facing “Lookout” above.

 

On the ground, the sensible Porch : providing a more sheltered access,

a practical acclimatisation space,

and energy efficient double door entrance.

 

Up above, the delightful “Lookout” with vistas up and down the shorefront,

and all across the Firth :

a crows nest.

 

External materials and the peaked roof and gables correspond with the existing,

while allowing a lofty internal space.
